Michel Leblanc, B.Sc., M.G.P., CRIA, MBA

Mr. Michel Leblanc has over 40 years of experience. In recent years, he has managed procurement processes for major turnkey projects in the healthcare and education sectors. He currently works for Pomerleau as Senior Director – Investments – Healthcare Projects and is currently acting as the Contractor’s Representative for the future Vaudreuil-Soulanges Hospital.
In addition, he has managed special projects and participated in the construction of the Marcelle and Jean-Coutu pavilions for the Faculty of Pharmacy at the Université de Montréal. He served as project director for the CHUM Research Center (CRCHUM), and was also project director for the Baie-Saint-Paul Hospital (HBSP). More recently, he was the project director for the relocated Faculty of Medicine at McGill University in Gatineau.
