Mr. Murphy is the Senior Director of Capital Planning and Development at Lakeridge Health. Lakeridge Health is a five (5) hospital multi-site regional health system in Durham Region, Ontario. Mr. Murphy is responsible for all components of long-term capital planning, project development and execution. Mr. Murphy is a senior financial executive with both public and private sector experience in large infrastructure investments and creating value through active asset management. Mr. Murphy has a strong track record of successful P3 negotiations, business integrations, building long term sustainable relationships, and inspired team leadership. Prior to joining Lakeridge Health, Mr. Murphy worked at Borealis Infrastructure and the Government of Ontario. Mr. Murphy has a B.A.A. in Urban Planning from Ryerson University and is has a C.Dir. from McMaster University. Mr. Murphy spent several years on the Board of Providence Healthcare on the Finance Committee and Chair of the Quality Committee.
