Jonathan Devonport

Jonathan leads Mott MacDonald’s Infrastructure Advisory team in Toronto delivering procurement and technical advisory services to a number of public sector sponsors; developers and funders across a wide variety of infrastructure sectors in Canada.  Jonathan is chartered civil engineer with 18 years’ experience advising both public and private sectors entities in the Canadian and UK P3 markets.

Since joining Mott MacDonald in 2001, Jonathan has led a diverse range of complex procurement and technical advisory mandates at all stages of the project lifecycle.  Prior to relocating to Canada in 2010, Jonathan was a central figure in the MM technical advisory team working on strategic healthcare projects in the UK.

The portfolio of work that Jonathan currently manages includes advisory roles on some of the largest healthcare infrastructure projects in Canada, including CHUM Hospital and McGill University Health Centre.  Jonathan has been involved in 15 Healthcare AFP/P3 projects in Canada including Milton District Hospital, West Park Health Centre, North Island Hospitals, Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital and Women’s College Hospital.
