Jason is currently the Practice Executive for the HKS Health Practice and stewards the firm’s aspirations for outcome driven design. He is an architect with over 23 years of experience focusing his entire career on spaces and places that support healthcare. He leads, serves and connects the global HKS practice that is in 21 different HKS offices. HKS Health Practice’s mission is to improve the health and vitality of the communities that we serve to positively impact the world – every community, every project, every time.
With a BED from Texas A&M (class of 1995) and a Master of Architecture from Clemson’s healthcare design program, he truly believes that thoughtful design makes a difference. Health facility architecture offers us the unique opportunity to create places that contribute to healing. And through evidence-informed design, we can prove it. As a practice leader who has led complex A/E teams on a vast range of projects, Jason has planned and designed healing environments that are a thoughtful blend of spaces and materials that provide a supportive environment for patients, families and staff. He is well-experienced and committed to listening carefully and working diligently to achieve his client’s goals.
