Carole is the Pharmacy Director Cancer Services, Alberta Health Services, with over 85 peer reviewed publications. She served on the Board of the Institute for Safe Medication Practice (ISMP-Canada) from 2014 to 2021. In Canada she holds Fellowship status with both the CSHP (Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacy) and CaPHO (Canadian Association of Pharmacy in Oncology). In ISOPP (International Society of Oncology Pharmacy Practitioners) Carole served as ISOPP President (2006-10) and is currently a member of the JOPP ( Journal of Oncology Pharmacy Practice) Editorial Board. She holds an ISOPP Fellowship as well as the Helen McKinnon award recognizing her significant contribution to ISOPP and oncology pharmacy practice.
