This session aims to present the experience of recent seniors’ homes projects in Quebec. It will address the perspective of the client and the initial clinical need, then the different architectural strategies to formalize the vision of changing care for elderly people with loss of autonomy. Speakers will also be able to share the successes and challenges of the approach, the lessons learned and the expected developments of the model in the face of current construction cost challenges.
