Kim is a professional engineer and consultant with Angus Connect, specializing in Information, Communication and Automation Technology (ICAT) strategy, capital planning, costing, design and project documentation for hospital clients across Canada. She has extensive experience working within the P3 model in Ontario, and has assisted numerous clients in achieving success in ICAT projects from the earliest stages of master planning, through to completion of construction.
