Jessica Foster is a Senior Leader at Fraser Health, where she leads operational readiness and activation for the Burnaby Hospital Redevelopment Project – Phase 1. She oversees all aspects of activation, from strategic planning, resource planning, training and orientation and patient transfer to post construction issue management and sustainment support for the new patient tower and campus-wide renovations.
A registered nurse with a Master of Health Administration, Jessica is also a certified PROSCI change management practitioner and a skilled leader in navigating large-scale healthcare transformation. With more than 16 years of experience, she has held key roles at Vancouver Coastal Health, including Clinical Planning Lead for the Lions Gate Redevelopment Project and Program Manager for perioperative services and medical device reprocessing. Her foundation in frontline care as an Operating Room nurse continues to shape her practical, patient-centred approach to leadership.
Known for bridging strategy and execution, Jessica is passionate about building resilient teams and ensuring that major capital projects translate into meaningful improvements in patient care.
Outside of work, she is a busy mom of two young boys, an avid gardener, and a curious traveller who loves discovering new culinary experiences.
