Anne-Marie Blais

Anne-Marie Blais holds a master’s degree in architecture from Université Laval, earned in 2006. She joined Groupe A the same year and became partner in 2011. As project manager and lead designer, she excels in coordinating large-scale mandates, combining precision, creativity, and leadership. Her collaborative spirit and proactive approach allow her to foster synergy and unite teams around shared goals.

Her expertise in human resources management is a key asset in team development and project success. Within the firm, she actively contributes to the advancement of innovative practices such as BIM, integrated design processes, and sustainable development. Her architectural vision is both contemporary and respectful of heritage, seeking to balance modernity with longevity. Her work emphasizes authenticity and durability, guided by a thoughtful and creative approach.

With avast experience in research, teaching, and healthcare environments, Anne-Marie firmly believes that architecture plays a vital role in shaping spaces that are both imaginative and nurturing.

Committed to promoting her profession, she actively contributes to its visibility, notably as a member since 2019, of the Board of Directors of Ordre des architectes du Québec. Her community involvement was recognized by Université Laval, which named her Volunteer of the Year in 2018. Her projects have also received awards from the City of Québec, canBIM, and the American Concrete Institute.
