Stéphane Bouffard is a nurse specializing in the care of seniors with cognitive impairment. He holds a master’s degree in nursing from Laval University in Québec city. He currently works for Santé Québec as a planning, programming and research officer for residential and long-term care services. Before joining Santé Québec, he worked as a clinical advisor for the Maison des Ainés et Alternative, project at the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux. His professional goal is to improve the quality of life of people living in long-term care facilities.
