Shelby is a highly motivated, compassionate and visionary health care leader with 20 years of experience across care settings developing, delivering, operating and evaluating services and programs. She has a proven track record of success in ambiguous, multi-stakeholder and complex health care environments. Shelby has expertise in planning, program development and evaluation, operations, professional practice, implementing change and stakeholder engagement. She also holds a genuine belief that integrity, trust, mutual respect and transparency are key enablers to building committed teams and achieving a shared vision.
Shelby Fisch is currently the Vice President, Acute and Primary Care Operations with SE Health. In this role she is accountable for managing the operational performance, delivery of services and partner relations for acute and primary care business lines.
Shelby holds a Masters of Health Science, Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto, as well as a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario. She is also a Certified Health Executive (CHE) with the Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL).
