Design, Integration and Implementation of Technology that Optimize Clinical and Facilities Management Operations at West Park

Technology is changing the way we design, build, operate and maintain infrastructure. It is also driving the experience within the built environment. This technology, however, is often underutilized and functionality is siloed within multiple platforms. In this session, Philip Chow and Charles Osborne will discuss the technology integration design and implementation process for the West Park project, including lessons learned. Philip will present the details of EllisDon’s digital twin solution, EKO, which is installed and central to the integrated environment at West Park. Charles will discuss how the technology integration design has strengthened West Park operations, improved patient care process time and enhanced West Park’s built environment.
