Networking Reception 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm ($75 extra fee).

Conference Day 2
Friday, October 27 Sessions: 8:00 am – 2:00  pm.

Tours: 2:00 pm – 4:45pm  Selected areas of The Foothills Medical Centre, University of Calgary & The Alberta Children’s Hospital

Hotel: Block rates were reserved for $155 per night plus taxes at the Marriott – Delta Hotel Calgary, Downtown. Get this rate until October 16!

Bus Transfers: Bus transfers are available from the Marriott Delta Hotel to Foothills Medical Centre and return on Conference Day 1 and to the Foothills Medical Centre  (FMC) and to the airport from FMC on Conference day 2 leaving at 4:30 pm for those would like a shuttle to the airport.

Parking: Enter the Foothills Medical Campus from the West Site Entrance and park in the West Side Parking Lot. There is quite a bit of activity happening on the campus with the cancer centre and parking lot construction so leave yourself some extra time in the morning to arrive and park. Walk along the Foothills Trail (about 5 minutes) to the Main Building. The Main Auditorium is where the conference will be held.  Breakfast is immediately adjacent in the cafeteria.

Two day conference fees ($1,390 plus taxes and $900 (plus taxes) for hospitals, government (Alberta Health Services, Alberta Infrastructure) & not-for-profits includes: networking breakfasts, lunches and breaks, conference materials and presentations & tours. Join us for a networking reception after the first day of the conference. One day rates available.

Cancellation Policy
Fees are non-refundable. Registrants may be replaced by a colleague of the same organization, if written notification is given prior to the event. Note that CCHF does not guarantee all speakers. There may be substitutes due to availability or the need to make program changes.
